@MechPhantom God doesn't ask from us to pray to Him 24 hours a day, however He does ask us to do things for His sake. For example, if our parents are mean or treat us unfairly, we should still be good to them for His sake. Everything that we do, should be an act of worship. The difference between a believer and a non believer is, a believer submits their will to God's commands, and a non believer submits to their own whims or desires. As healing our souls from all the sickness in this world.
it comes one step at a time, the more we move closer to God with our actions and deeds, our hearts, the more we'll find our selves at peace, free from most of the misery of this world. When our perspective changes, and we begin to see this life as a transitional phase, rather than be duped into believing that this life is forever(i.e. you only live once etc.) so might as well do whatever to fulfill my desires and the hell with everything else. We begin to have a 360 degree different outlook.
The important thing is not to get stuck in the same place like a spinning wheel going no where, take steps, no matter how little, to begin changing your intentions, and find out what God Almighty Has directed us to do in this life, and obey His commands. God doesn't need us, we need him simply put. God bless.

@MechPhantom Well Islam is based on intention, for example, you pray 5 times a day just because your parents tell you, this is pointless, you have to make the intention to worship allah(swt), your intentions need to be good, it is what is in your hearts that counts. If a non-believer has faced much hardship in his life, but goodness is in his heart, he will reap the rewards of his struggles in life. If evil overruns his heart then, as far as i know, he will be rewarded in this life
@MechPhantom But the final judgment is down to allah(swt). the prophet(saw) says that allah(swt) will take everything into account on judgment day, but if goodness is in the non-believers heart he should have nothing to fear, especially the people of the book i.e. christians and jews, but obviously it would be better if he were muslim because he would believe in muhammad and jesus (pbut) as prophets of god

@MechPhantom No, everything is taken into consideration, everything will be compensated and punish for fairly, im not sure exactly what happens to non-believers who suffered in this world, all I know is that they will be judged fairly, they will be compensated for their suffering and the good they did, and they will either be punished or forgiven for the bad they did, it is up to allah, some people may spend time in hell for their sins then be placed in paradise, but the desicion is always fair

Cyrus was a believer in God. Alexander was pagan. Dhul Qarnayn expanded his empire in three directions (east, west and north), which is the same as Cyrus' expansions, where he did not make southern expansions (Achaemenid southern exansions began after Cyrus). @Bushwackk sometimes too brother i dont understand why Allah(God) purposely make our life difficult like for example, why were in this bad situations, why some people are born without arms, legs etc that burden them soo much and stuff, like why i got fired , why i dont have any friends family etc. I feel very sad and hopeless with all these questions and the worst part is that i dont know any of these reasons even when i ask for guidance form the Almighty, so yea thats my question.

@MechPhantom God doesn't ask from us to pray to Him 24 hours a day, however He does ask us to do things for His sake. For example, if our parents are mean or treat us unfairly, we should still be good to them for His sake. Everything that we do, should be an act of worship. The difference between a believer and a non believer is, a believer submits their will to God's commands, and a non believer submits to their own whims or desires. As healing our souls from all the sickness in this world.

it comes one step at a time, the more we move closer to God with our actions and deeds, our hearts, the more we'll find our selves at peace, free from most of the misery of this world. When our perspective changes, and we begin to see this life as a transitional phase, rather than be duped into believing that this life is forever(i.e. you only live once etc.) so might as well do whatever to fulfill my desires and the hell with everything else. We begin to have a 360 degree different outlook.

The important thing is not to get stuck in the same place like a spinning wheel going no where, take steps, no matter how little, to begin changing your intentions, and find out what God Almighty Has directed us to do in this life, and obey His commands. God doesn't need us, we need him simply put. God bless.

@Bushwackk just asking bro out of curiosity, if a non-believer/ infidel/ non-muslim is also very burdened and face hardship in this life , will he still be able to receive the reward ? or is he stil able to go to heaven? in other words can a non-muslim "kafir" go to heaven? or forever in hell? thx

@MechPhantom Well Islam is based on intention, for example, you pray 5 times a day just because your parents tell you, this is pointless, you have to make the intention to worship allah(swt), your intentions need to be good, it is what is in your hearts that counts. If a non-believer has faced much hardship in his life, but goodness is in his heart, he will reap the rewards of his struggles in life. If evil overruns his heart then, as far as i know, he will be rewarded in this life

@MechPhantom But the final judgment is down to allah(swt). the prophet(saw) says that allah(swt) will take everything into account on judgment day, but if goodness is in the non-believers heart he should have nothing to fear, especially the people of the book i.e. christians and jews, but obviously it would be better if he were muslim because he would believe in muhammad and jesus (pbut) as prophets of god

@MechPhantom No, everything is taken into consideration, everything will be compensated and punish for fairly, im not sure exactly what happens to non-believers who suffered in this world, all I know is that they will be judged fairly, they will be compensated for their suffering and the good they did, and they will either be punished or forgiven for the bad they did, it is up to allah, some people may spend time in hell for their sins then be placed in paradise, but the desicion is always fair

@iraqiblaze but iheard from the Quran if not form my frens that ,its already stated that non- believers will all go to hell , if you die as a non-believer u will go to hell , unless if you convert. Thats why i ask this coz there are so many opinions on it but which 1 is true? i think i believe the Quran statement, coz its written form ALLAH so yea i believe it , more than any other people. thx thoguh u rock =)

@iraqiblaze continued i know that only muslims that have been sinned wil lgo to hell and if he/she finishes his sentence there, he will be brought to heaven after that, for the infidels i know they will forever burn in hellfire.

@MechPhantom you need to know that if you are suffering more, usualy it is because either allah is testing you harder, or he is punishing you in this life so that when you are judged on judgment day, you will have no sins or less sins upon you shoulders
