I love this song by Hillsong but I think d lately problem with Hillsong is they keep writing so many worship song and we as a church musicians never gng to catch up w them cuz there's 2 many n other artist as well, so we can only play so many of them, they should release an album every 5 years or more so we can catch up, also Ruben, Marty & Brookie r gone so is not d same.

@vato9633 I noticed the same thing with the United band but I still enjoy their concerts. I like it more when they play under the 'Hillsong Live' name. Have you seen the 'God is Able' concert? That one might be a little more suited for your tastes. You can probably find the whole concert on YouTube.

Let me tell you something: the emotions is all about us. You have to be aware and discern between your emotions toward the band and your emotions toward God, it's hard! Sometimes the emotions are our fault. When I am overcome by emotions toward a band, I stop and start to think of GOD, and analyze my attitude in that moment, it is important to do this.

@JesusShineinme Music is powerfull and triggers all sorts of emotions in us, I like to think annointed music motivates me to prayer and worship, whil secular music fulfills the fleshly lusts of pride and sex

@TheStimplefiend I understand your point of view and strongly agree. However, we really have to be aware of emotions. Because I don't think that we should live through emotions. A true worshipper doesn't have a lifestyle based in my emotions, but on what GOD is.

@JesusShineinme I agree. If we as the church realize that even love itself isn't just a feeling but a choice and choose to walk in the love of Christ we will change the world. Songs in themselves are just songs no matter what feelings they elicit within us. God has called us to action. Having said that I love this song and Hillsong!

@vato9633 Actually, they do. They have long sessions, that they obviously don't film and put here, where they just pray, ask people to come towards the altar and accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. They have a 20-35 minute time slot devoted to just that.

@SilvaPurry Don't you know the story? When he was little his parents tried to get him to learn piano, but he followed his own way to the guitar, but nowadays, playing only one instrument seems not to be enough!

@SilvaPurry he actually started as a bass player at the V-boys band I think, he wouldn't play guitar bcuz Marty Sampson was bter at it n had a bter voice, but then he stepped 2 play guitar at Hillsong bcuz u can have more than 1 acoustic guitar at Hillsong, he's not really playing piano but keyboards, i'm sure he's actually playing effects or synth which is easier, SylvaPurry is right I myself learning keys cuz guitar alone is not enough now.
