Yes, I weigh 105 lbs. But there are lots of couples we know where the girl is heavier, even more than 140 lbs. Weight shouldn't be what stops this move, granted it is definitely easier if she's lighter.
So we were able to get everything down but the roll.. Some of it might have been self confidence on her part.. But I'm wondering how much your follow weighs.. Mine is 140ish although I can toss her up I'm not sure if I could get her high enough to allow her to roll.. She not heavy but I have a feeling that yours is lighter which can make a difference..
Thanks I can pull it off I just wanted to tell the follow of she's never done it before.. My friends a quick learner.. She had around the world both with and w/o the back flip down by the second try.. I was super impressed
when the girl is tossed up, she needs to thrust her hips up, that will give her more height in your toss, and the girl spins on her own. you just look over your left shoulder and don't stop until you've spun all the way around. I would suggest a spotter the first few times. I fell several times trying to get the barrell toss down, good luck!
So at .10 is the lead giving spin or is she doing it a he tosses her up.. I'll give it a shot.. The person I Pratice with is about 140lbs I have. Feeling she's about 30lbs less..
