  • Using the rubber band and tying the ankles was the only way how I corrected my crisscross kicking generated by incorrect torso position, a lot of pain but it was worth!

  • yeah,it's really pain and tired...but it's work..:)

  • Great valuable information. I am taking this to the pool with me.

  • what does 1650 and open water mean swim mean?? im a swimmer and ive never heard of that...

  • Not much of a swimmer then:)1650 distance and open water is a long distance race done in a lake or coastal waters

  • @andyr798ken and u just have to be a douche aboute it right...? :( ( if u didnt know the smiley face was sarcasm asshole!)

  • @Roadbeef21

I believe 1650 is a distance in meters of a long distance swim, and open water i believe it is either in a lake or ocean where you swim.

  • he's holding a 10lb ball..of course his form will be off

  • yeah he bends his legs tooo muccch so do i but only on back stroke

  • he is bending to much his knees

  • I have invented this drill for strengthening legs and improving ankle flexibility - kicking with board out front and flippers - raising one foot out of the water by bending knee slightly, kicking with the other leg. It feels great. All the way up to above the hips. 25m one leg, 25m the other, for ten. Any comments?

  • I tried this - it's brilliant. thanks for the tip.

  • You did not invent that drill. it's been around for ever.

single leg isolation is the best way to get a better feel for the water, as well for strength and conditioning.

do that drill both under water and on top of the water kicks for maximum improvement

  • GOOD Job thanks !

I am tired with my legs... il'try to fix this :)

  • Great vid,,, tnx for posting,,,

  • This is good, i will try try the leg restriction with some of my swimmers...

  • Sometimes pain is a great teacher!!
