Actually you both are right :P The show is korean (notice the words on the bottom right of the screen... I can only read part of it "joam... yawng.. or something like that), but it looks like an originally done in japan kind of thing (signs, the old lady in the kimono, etc...) .. The title would still be incorrect though :( but who knows, that could be a korean guy yelling lol
