what i wish could happen though, is that we could SPARE these women from these circumstances in the first place.

it starts with fixing men. preventing their hate, ignorance, cruelty, cowardice, violence, and sexual violence in the first place.

It is sad to see how low a human being can go. How can a man tie down and rape the woman, who is his life partner, the mother of her future children, the woman on whom his home is built, the woman that is going to stand by his side in good times and bad times? I am an Afghan, male, and Muslim. I don't think my morals, my conscience, and my manhood would allow me to abuse anyone, especially a defenseless woman. Thank you WAW for helping these women. Keep up the good work.
