@kingtubenino there's a thumb screw on the throttle so you can set it and forget it. Not sure why harley put it there, pretty dangerous idea in my opinion, but it does mean you can take your hands off the bars ( there is no steering wheel on a bike ) and stay at the same speed. These bikes are real stable, esp. at highway speeds, and a little pressure on either peg can adjust lane position. Also helps for ride by shooting if you're right handed. ( joking )

not as comfy as the harley mini apes i used to have but very close. the mini apes were very nice as far as comfort and at $60 not a bad deal. these were scratch and dents from lickscycles, i think they were like 50 bucks.
i don't have one on mine and i have had it through deals gap (the tail of the dragon) twice once by myself and the other time with my wife on the back... tore ass through it both times(she was a little shaky afterwards lol) but no, its seems to do just fine, although i'm sure it would help if i had one.

i have a vid on the taillights. the back fender is chopped from the front side. this requires rigid struts and that you cut off your fender struts. i can do the fender and build you a sissy bar if you would like. all you would need to do is mail me the fender and cut off your fender struts, from there it would be a simple bolt on with the sissy bar i send you

Hey I love this video... I was all set to put drag bars on my 08N and saw this... going Ape shit now. What size bars are those... I was wanting 14", but yours look like 12"... am I right? And are they 1" dia bars? Do you think 1 1/2" bars would be too much? I've seen some 1" dia mini-apes on other bikes and didn't like them... don't think 1 1/4 would even do it for me... I know a custom shop that can do 1 1/2"...Do you think that would be too much?

No helmet and no hands for steering. Prolly thinks it's cool, who cares though people I always say that its good that they do that. Eventually it thins out the stupidity in the population. If they do risky dumb things let them kill them selves so that they can not do other risky or dumb things that could affect our lives..

@kingtubenino there's a thumb screw on the throttle so you can set it and forget it. Not sure why harley put it there, pretty dangerous idea in my opinion, but it does mean you can take your hands off the bars ( there is no steering wheel on a bike ) and stay at the same speed. These bikes are real stable, esp. at highway speeds, and a little pressure on either peg can adjust lane position. Also helps for ride by shooting if you're right handed. ( joking )

@stoweVT7170 There is a lot to be said for not wearing a helmet. Number one is that it helps get rid of a lot of Harley jerks and improves the gene pool by getting rid of assholes. Last year in my little rural area three harley riders were killed because of no helmet or a poor pisspot one. One guy who the doctor said would not have even been injured if he had of had a helmet. This asshole was on a helmet protest run. He sure showed NEW YORK State

not as comfy as the harley mini apes i used to have but very close. the mini apes were very nice as far as comfort and at $60 not a bad deal. these were scratch and dents from lickscycles, i think they were like 50 bucks.

i don't have one on mine and i have had it through deals gap (the tail of the dragon) twice once by myself and the other time with my wife on the back... tore ass through it both times(she was a little shaky afterwards lol) but no, its seems to do just fine, although i'm sure it would help if i had one.

i have a vid on the taillights. the back fender is chopped from the front side. this requires rigid struts and that you cut off your fender struts. i can do the fender and build you a sissy bar if you would like. all you would need to do is mail me the fender and cut off your fender struts, from there it would be a simple bolt on with the sissy bar i send you

Hey I love this video... I was all set to put drag bars on my 08N and saw this... going Ape shit now. What size bars are those... I was wanting 14", but yours look like 12"... am I right? And are they 1" dia bars? Do you think 1 1/2" bars would be too much? I've seen some 1" dia mini-apes on other bikes and didn't like them... don't think 1 1/4 would even do it for me... I know a custom shop that can do 1 1/2"...Do you think that would be too much?

so i think i can see that you have forward controls, or is that just a highway peg? i want to get a nightster (much like yours) and put forward controls but i thought when you go over a bump or speed hump you generally stand up on the bike, but it wouldbe harder to do with forward controls. any thoughts? thanks a lot and again, that ride is freakin sweet!!
