because when you have a br and a sniper you can switch to the br really fast and take them out but in this case he has a sniper and a pistol, i believe that he is just used to doing it so much

No... Magnum is equivalent to BR in the sense that when the person is red bar'd one clean bullet to the dome kills.

You need to download the ALL the map packs and Cold Storage to play Team Snipers. So if you can't afford 10$, then you're stuck playing social.
