  • On a flat stove like the one you are using for your tagine what remodeled do you keep it at to cook and not burn? Low, medium , high? Thanks!

  • @latina212008 Usualy Tagines are cooked on low heat, otherwise they burn.

  • Great recipe. What temperature/setting do you set when using the tagines? I have broken 3 tagines with incorrect heat and am afraid to break the last one. Thanks.

  • @myyardycurls Do you use a metal plate under the tajine? if not, that's the reason why your tajines break , the high heat let the food burn inside the tajine.

    Tajines should always be cooked on low heat.

  • @chokopindas Oui bien sur, un wok, une poele, une marmite, tout peut remplacer un tajine.

  • @TheLaredj tu peux laisser tomber les carottes ou les remplacer par un légume que tu aimes en respectant la durée de cuisson de ce légume.

  • @illyjaan I bought it from Morocco, but you can use any metal lid such as of painting buckets.

  • I just made this tajine couple days ago. My Husband LOVES it so I try to make it for him at least once a week:) I don't usually "charmal" the chicken, but I think it will be tastier if I start doing it like you. Thanks for sharing your version!!
