@noodlesmadison No, he was certainly not in the cage all the time...Only when I couldn't watch him. He has since passed away, so he is in a better place now.

@TheMakeUpCollecter I know it isn't the best idea to have makeup stored in my bathroom, but I never keep the door closed when I shower, so it never gets too steamy in there. I do have more of it in my bedroom now than before, but don't have enough room to move it all out of the bathroom. :/

why don't you use some of that make up money to get your cat looked at by a vet, then it won't be stuck in that cage..how cruel. if you care more about some urine stains on your carpet you shouldn't have pets or kids ever.

@ohiochickk You know nothing about the situation. First of all, my cat has been to the vet regularly his whole life. Some animals are disturbed, and the problem is not physical. This poor cat was kicked out of his original home and spent nearly a year in a shelter before I adopted him. I painstakingly tried to give him chance after chance being out of the cage. He ruined 2 couches and 4 chairs...not the carpet. The cruel thing for me to do would have been to take him back to a shelter.

@ohiochickk your a tart, the cat lives in a clean place with a very loving owner/caregiver. Ever seen a stray cat? They are the one's thrown away- this one is loved and the owner wants to train the animal correctly so they can live together happily. again- steer your anger in a different direction. Thanks.

Yes, my cat gets to come out of the cage when I am home to supervise him. Believe me, the cage was a last resort. It came down to either getting him a cage or giving him up...and I just couldn't do that.

Thanks! I love having lots of pets. I've never had a turtle or a snake, but I've always wanted to have a snake. I've had lizards before...but now I have lizards all over the place since they run free around here lol.

No kidding, having a washer and dryer is the best! At my last apartment, we had one washer and one dryer in the basement that everyone had to share. It was 3 flights of stairs for me to do each way...and it always seemed like other people were using them. And always needing to have quarters. Blah. LOL.
