Philly was Jordan's bitch for a long time; he had many high scoring games against them, lol. Poor guys.

You can see them not challenging Jordan's jumpshots on a number of occasions, as if they didn't respect his outside touch enough. Here comes the NBA's leading scorer ready to torment your team and you don't even put a hand in his face? Just foolish.

This is the angle I have this game from too. I've always been amazed by MJ's explosion with the between the legs dribble and drive/shot at 5:00. Amazing acceleration and speed on that play. No one 6'4" or better has ever changed speeds as quickly as Jordan.

Yes but not even close to MJ. MJ was just as quickest as a 5'11" PG could be. Thats cuz MJ has very low center of gravity.

this has got to be the only time i've heard a stadium announcer be so enthusiastic for an OPPONENT every time he scores. did you hear him say "AIR JORDAN!!!" after MJ dunked it over barkley?
