Clint Murchison Jr knew his limitations and knew his core expertise was oil/gas engineering and running his wide array of enterprises and let football men like Tex Schramm and Coach Landry, along with Player Personnel man Gil Brandt run the actual football team. Ex: Burning out timeouts near end of Browns game in 1994 and bumping official in 1994 NFC title game vs 49ers. They need a Tex Schramm, Carmen Policy or George Young type to actualy draft, pick players...
