No. 200SUD is Stretched Upper deck. KLM Converted some of their 747-200's to have The upper decks longer, this was to match the 200's deck to the 300. 200SUD/300 look identical.
I read in a book that someone mentioned that SUD was used in hospitals to abbreviate Sudden Unexplained Death so Boeing renamed the 747 to EUD, Extended Upper Deck
