@nick510510 Admittedly that's not the best video. But no, I'm not pushing off the bottom. Notice the shoreline behind me, it's a cliff. It's at least a 100, maybe more, feet deep right there. That's a variation of the Pawlatta Roll which is a very solid roll.
once you have learned the technique and built some muscle memory it is relatively easy to do. This extended sweep with raise the Queen Mary. It is a great roll to fall back on if your first or second attempts fail.
