I mean, Ash had left his Pokemon at Oak's, or at random places to train, but besides maybe Butterfree, he's always had a way to get back to that Pokemon. If he missed them, he could easily find see them.

Jessie and James were shown to have had a DEEP bond with Arbok and Weezing, and they were as lovable as the duo. This episode was HUGELY emotional, because we were losing Pokes as memorable as Pikachu.

(Victreebell and Lickitung weren't shown enough for me to care)

That's what I was saying, they showed up maybe a few times a season, and besides the gag with James and his Victreebell, they didn't really do anything of importance. Hell, I felt more emotional when James had to leave GROWLIE, a one-episode Poke.

Weezing and Arbok were their "starter" Pokemon, though, and you could tell the deep connection they had as they advanced with the terrible trio (Remember when they evolved?). Thus this was a really shocking episode.

I love Team Rocket! Most likable villains of ALL TIME! This, in my opinion, is probably the saddest scene ever in the entire Pokemon anime! @SailorSaturn69 Well i cant remeber exactly what happened but a pokemon hunter was hunting poisonn type such as koffing and ekans so team rocket helped out those pokemon and was pushed to the point of holding the hunter and telling arbok and weezing to get the koffing and ekans away safely.

Victrebel attacked jessie and jessie kinda kicked it making it fly away and then that victrebell met another victrbel and they skipped happily into the forrest
