If I were a music producer and was in the audience that night I swear I would be ready to kill someone if they tried to stop me from offering Adam a record contract! I just can't understand why he wasn't discovered before Idol??? It boggles my mind!
@hancar Paula Abduhl said it on idols too. That it's so strange he did not have a record contract already and making no. 1 hits for the last 5 years. Happy to see that's it's all going so well for him now. And people can finally see and experience the great artist he is. I am just blown away by him everytime again.
There is no doubt that Adam has a very special gift! I think we are going to see some very amazing things from him throughout his music career! I cant wait to see and hear him do more stuff by Queen tho!!! WOW!!

American Idol is now showing here in the UK for this years season. I hope that we are privileged to hear him again in in the Live Shows leading up to the final and that he has brought out his new Album, totally hooked last year due to his success. Perhaps that may be another reason why Simon Cowell is quitting as he will be hard to top!
@Cookiebr8 Naw, he just worked with a vocal coach a little bit. So did Adam, before going on tour. They worked with vocal coaches all through the season to get advice, lol.

I like watching this one, too. I saw pics from this before, but didnt realize it was "opening" night for the Upright Cabaret. Cool that he got to do that. I wish I couldve seen him before Idol. This is a clip where I think he kinda looks like Elvis, not just the hair, but his expressions, too. I guess if u play without the sound, u may see what I mean. I dont think u'd have to, but anyway...He's so cute when he sings this. And always connects with the audience.

What a feast-for-the-audience performance! As this was grand opening night, I'm thinking he was among friends and was his true self. So much prefer this version to the Ford appearance where he shared the stage, seeming subdued, in apparent (to me, anyway) deference to the titleholder.
Who does he look at on hs right 1:09-1:10 when he's singing 'And I hope that you are having the time of your life? ' Seems like much more than a casual glance! Just wondered if any youtube viewers were there? Great song.

Axtraa....Adam's official debut album is titled "For Your Entertainment", released 11/23/2009.
An album was released of his early session work and demos, but Adam DID NOT ENDORSE that release and expressed his disappointment. Do not be fooled.

@Cookiebr8 Naw, he just worked with a vocal coach a little bit. So did Adam, before going on tour. They worked with vocal coaches all through the season to get advice, lol.

Man, he's so clean cut on this and funny. And i don't know if he was wearing make up or w/e cause at begining of Idol he said that they thought he was too pale or whatever, it was working.

I like watching this one, too. I saw pics from this before, but didnt realize it was "opening" night for the Upright Cabaret. Cool that he got to do that. I wish I couldve seen him before Idol. This is a clip where I think he kinda looks like Elvis, not just the hair, but his expressions, too. I guess if u play without the sound, u may see what I mean. I dont think u'd have to, but anyway...He's so cute when he sings this. And always connects with the audience.

What a feast-for-the-audience performance! As this was grand opening night, I'm thinking he was among friends and was his true self. So much prefer this version to the Ford appearance where he shared the stage, seeming subdued, in apparent (to me, anyway) deference to the titleholder.
