Technically it is though, because the Magician's Nephew came after LWW and PC, despite being set before.

I believe it goes LWW, PC, VOTD, HAHB then MN, SC, TLB

Actually, Lewis wrote the books in this order: LWW, PC, VODT, SC, HAHB, MN, TLB.

But Lewis felt that reading them chronologically was perfectly acceptable, possibly even better than reading them in written order.

I can't wait for this movie! I absolutely ADORE the movie The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. I loved that movie so much that I bought all seven Chronicles of Narnia books, and I love them as well!
