hes really slow. I am a training officer in a UK casino and the average for 5 stacks is about 30 secs after 6 weeks of training. last training school top speed was 23
he's ok. he could've done it faster by not twisting the wrist most times and picking too many chips in each hand. he is just a trainee though. this is in rsc 1, the table near the door. an average dealer should be able to pick at least 6 stacks in 1 min..at least 10-12 chips each hand is enough and must concentrate picking in 1 area at a time. genting was my foundation in gaming.

i found it slow. i've been a genting casino dealer before. hey cameras are not allowed inside the training room? wtf?!!

poor technique. The hands should stay facing down and he is picking up too many chips which slows down the stack making

Slow, I been a dealer for 4 years and I can chip without twisting my wrist upside down that often.
