I learned Laos I can read Thai...maybe I should be able to read Khmer too.. hahaha!! Lao/Thai/Khmer use the same vowels(SA-RA)or SA-La in Lao.

@DangersMines um no. The communist chinese write from left to right. Traditional Chinese is written from top to bottom, right to left, as if you were writing on bamboo slats. Khmer writing is derived from Sanskrit and other Subcontinental forms of writing and is therefore left to right, as is the Indo-European Family Way.
