there is such thing as using a character cheaply, i.e spamming lariets with gief.

If someone is really only spamming Lariat it shouldn't be that rough. Most characters have several options for hitting them out. Lariat goes through projectiles but even they can be used to punish Lariat with the right timing during the recovery of Lariat.

theres no such thing as cheap in street fighter, dhaslim can beat any character, same thing goes for the rest of the cast. It depends on the skill level of the player.
