JANUARY 1ST is the mass donation day for MIKE GRAVEL!!! Everyone please donate, lets help get Mike's message out there! Thanks, and don't forget to spread the word!
My complaint is that this video leaves one with the impression that Mike has written off the Democratic Nomination altogether and that that will make others think, and allow Mike's opponents to imply, that a vote for Mike in the Democratic primaries is "wasted".
I wish Mike would explicitly speak to this point himself.
One thing we can count on from Mike Gravel is honesty. He did say "I'll have to make the decision." Meaning that it's not a sure thing yet. Will he base that decision on how many votes he gets in the primaries? I don't know, I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on.
HE WILL RUN AS A THIRD PARTY CANDIDATE IF HE DOESNT WIN THE PRIMARY [Period]
he will never give up fighting the good fight for us!!! he will fight until the very end, and you all should appreciate that instead talking about changing your vote to Kucinich who will leave all of you after the primaries are over.

I like Mike, RP is just so much more experienced, knowledgeable, and with plans built up over 30 years to put him far far ahead of Mike, but I hope theres more Mike in future politics perhaps in RP's administration because we need more people like Mike and Kucinich too in government. With RP as commander in chief it would be a beautiful breaking of Left/Right paradigms of the future and bringing people together once instead of dividing them.
I take great exception to RP "more experienced" than Gravel. Do you know what Gravel did as a Senator in the 70's, before RP was even in politics? Come on now.

Gravel is a great guy and he is dead nuts right on about many things. We do need to come together as a people, but not as a third party. Ron Paul is right not to consider running as a third party candidate. The two party system can only be taken away from the rich and powerful from within.
keep thinking within the box dude. Republican=corrupt democrate=corrupt, and therefore Ron Paul=corrupt!! if you want change, you gotta think outside the box, and that my friends is what Mike Gravel is all about. not politics as usual, not corrupt, not Ron Paul
Gravel is an hero. He has made an invaluable contribution and I would encourage all to support Gravel. His voice is badly needed. He is the Democratic party's Ron Paul. Both are men of integrity. It's a tough call, but running as a third party candidate at this date is not practical. Developing a third party for 2010 or 2012 has merit.
Even then he knew. Amazing. Mike Gravel is an amazing man with vision like no other we've ever seen in government.

My understanding is that Mike is still running for the Democratic Nomination?
Or has he just advised me to vote for Kucinich, or the least worst Demoblican in the race?

I switched from Green to Democrat just to vote for Mike Gravel in the Primary. My vote will not be going to Kucinich. Go, Mike, Go!

Gravel:
ENDED THE DRAFT
RELEASED THE PENTAGON PAPERS
ENDED NUCLEAR TESTING IN THE NORTH PACIFIC
SECURED THE ALASKA PIPELINE
... all as a Junior Senator!!!

fat chance!
How do we come together in any other way than a 3rd party?
I would love to see Paul get the Rep nomination, but if he doesn't what will your choices be?
Rudy vs Hillary?

Paul is an honest, decent man, but will he go the distance to NOV?
If he doesn't, will we have a Choice and it will be Mike Gravel.
