no they do not... it's in my hometown so i saw how they build it. It's sand and no blocks. They have to form the blocks too, you know =D. I even tried it myself (cause there's a corner with the sand for children :D) but I didn't have the water... there's a scene wth children,too... so it's exactly like building a sandcastle,only that you have more time and the sand gets hard
