@Ry8901 take it in context there was a recent incident in omaha nebraska where a big athlete guy was rubbing his sack on a kid that was smaller. If an adult did that to another adult there would be a hell of a penalty for it, probably a felony.Kids commit felonies agains each other all the time. Mke the school a mandatory reporter for kids doing fleonies to each other and punisht the professionals and they will stop bullying in a month.
