Why always the "better" or "worse" stuff... ArmA is more realistic. PR has a different gameplay; both are good. PR is meant to be more accessible and it probably has more variety troop-wise and especially some nicely designed maps and details such as animations, while ArmA is overall much bigger and closer to reality and has just as good gameplay with an organized team.

I'll cheer the day PR:ArmA2 comes out and the best from both games is combined - and, hopefully, the communities make peace :p

@NamelessBody Well said, although PR's insurgency mode with Afghanistan and Iraq maps is closer to reality than Arma's fictional Chenarus and Takistan.

As for peace between communities, unlikely unfortunately.

You can revive with this mod. Except you are left with only 1/8 of health, so you will die very quickly unless the medic follows up with some healing
