@riskygjk Well please email the links to veterans, veteran supporters, etc. - as many as possible. These guys have reached retirement age and their story still has not been told by them. Thanks.
I realise the whole point of a lot of these is about how poorly these guys were treated upon their return due to lack of financial support. But if there was one way to get powerful and far reaching exposure of their plight, this is it. Surely you can find a sponsor for this. Even the likes of national geographic. Man I dunno, but this is too good to let slide due to the issue of money. You've done a great thing. I hope many more people get to see it too.
As someone born well after Vietnam, yet inexplicably fascinated by it, I've done all I can to fathom the essence of it all. I've spent a lot of time around the DMZ / Hue etc. Watched every possible piece of footage and read every Vietnam war account ever written. Of all the vids of Vietnam on youtube. This one really brought it home for me. The fear. The sheer nerve rattling terror of one man. There it is. Thanks for this video and thanks to this brave man. May you now live in happiness.
@riskygjk Wow - thanks for the kind words. Since I don't have the dough to complete this project I am turning the doc into a stage play. So, if things go as planned...
wow, is it hue? god bless you . you made it through it. i wasnt there but i respect the fact that you were. i cant thank you enough ,but how as a fellow american can i thank you. i will do whatever it takes. ( IT SEEMS ANYTHING I DO ISNT ENOUGH) im doing it from my computer, not a battle field.

This guy is a real veteran. He knows what it's like to be in a real scary war. This is sad. But I appreciate it.

Is this an account of Hue City?

Absolutely. Imagine fighting in the jungle for months and then seeing your first real city and engaging in urban combat.
