I think the Sakura that travels with the clone Syaoran is actually a clone, because later on in the manga, Fei Wong Reed says that the real Sakura's body disintegrated, and that she is also a clone. In the manga as well, she tells the real Syaoran that she isn't the Sakura that he's looking for. Hope i helped. ^^
