I am 12 and saw it in an EMPTY theatre! Yes it will scare the crap out of you! But it should be okay if you stick close to your friends! :) But you might want to cover your ears. LOUD! scariest part is 1:50.

I saw this movie Friday, along with Evan Almighty.

I'm a big horror fan, and from every movie I've seen, this is by far the best. I am even thinking about watching it again. It's just so good. It keeps you guessing. So if you like horror you must watch it. It's just so good.

So far, "1408" has grossed $40,389,000. It's the most successful of all of Stephen King's movie adaptations. I'm not a company stooge to my knowledge. If I am, I haven't been receiving my paychecks. I just derived from the trailer that "1408" was going to be a winner -- and according to the 40 million dollars in box office revenue, America agreed with my assessment.
