Some of the chords kinda fit, others don't really. I see you're using a capo and immediately it sounds like you're going from a C to the D ya can achieve by moving up a tone with an add 7. That bit's almost alright but it's the rest that kinda detracts a little. Look at exactly what Faulkner plays and study the theory behind it, that might show ya in the right direction in how to pull it off.
