It's a pun. If said in the right accent it means Today is Critical! At the end though they some how changed it to Honya ga yamada~ Which pretty much means "Book Store is Critical!" XD

Konya Ga Yamada is my favorite part on all the Batsu Games it's in, the persistence of the guy saying (and singing it) gets me every time! Especially when he pronounces it wrong (Honya Ga Yamada!!)
