Yes I know. What I'm saying with no ability his "Hunger" for her power shouldn't have been that strong *then*. (obviously the writers didn't think of this)

But he did intend to keep Maya if he didnt get his powers back, so it wasnt all power hunger (hes got to have some depth to him in s2.)
