The guy takes home Prize money for his costumes all the time so he figured it was a worth wide investment. It is about 6' 5" tall. It looks taller in the video because it is sitting on my foot (the grass was wet).
I used a Grizzly G0640X bandsaw for most of the cutting, a skill jig saw for the internal cuts. Then sander and files for the finish.
@LostMachine Would you ever consider making another one? I mean it really looks awesome.

With things like that you could get noticed? Could be lucrative?
