@Jobbeybob That's because they're voiced by the same guy, Tom Kenny. Tom Kenny's done a lot of voices, like the mayor in the PowerPuff Girls or SpongeBob. He's done a lot of cool voices, so you'll probably hear that voice a lot in cartoons :)

I where eek the cat aired to jackie chan adventures. 80's 90's and early 00s was my area of toons, but the batman stuck out. as much as the original animated series. But then again I did like the im drake series of batman just as equal. cartoons now fell off.
