I'm more for a realistic fatality. Since I do Penchak Silat - Muay thai and Capoeira, I realise that using zoom / slow motions/ and X-ray skull breaking videos like in CSI or as in National Geographic, would be more grusome.

Did you even watch the first 30 seconds? A Top 10 "Best" list is too specific and has been done to death. My point was to showcase the Top 10 "Overall" while considering everything the fatalities had to offer. Some just happened to be funny.
