It's hard to train my brindle boxer I try to use quick chewable treats and she just eats it slow or carry it to her kennel and nibble on it leave then nibble on it in 3 minutes
No. I recently (about a month ago) got a 17 month old boxer who had never been worked with. He was loved but never trained just spoiled. Anyway I have him doing all the basic commands and has become a really good dog. His previous owner visted me a couple of days ago and can't beleive he is the same dog.
@mac90D Hey,I don't think its too late.I have a boxer and she is 2years and 3 months and I am still teaching her new tricks and she still picks them up quickly. :)

She looks a bit like the woman who was in prison with Diedre Rashide in 1997.

Boxer dogs are not for circus! They do not need any train to understand how to sit etc.!

I never trained any of my Boxers - never felt the need. Somehow, they just always seemed to know what the hell I was talking about.

i just got a 16 month old boxer dog, he has basic obedience but needs more practice. Is 16 months too late to teach him like this?
