@awsomeolives I mostly learned by trial and error. Some things like long exposure shots I learned how to do by searching Youtube or photography websites. I'm not good with Photoshop, so I used an online site called Picnik to touch-up photos.
wow!! i'm amazed! i love your photos!! that camera works like magic!! I'm planning to get the nex 5n but it's too expensive! Are you a professional photographer??
I really love this camera! Very nice for my time-lapse movies. I can do time-lapse photography with the NEX using this simple remote intervalometer:TEMPUS. have you tryed it? website at: tempus.bymac.org
I have the NEX-3. It is amazing, I rarely need to clean up the photos with software. The 200mm lens stays amazingly sharp. I would like to venture outside of Sony for other lens options...what adapter do I need?
@cipajevas I do some processing, but many of the photos don't require it. The Sony NEX-5 uses a sensor found in many larger cameras. I do simple processing with picnik.com
I don't think the NEX-7 is worth the extra money over the NEX-5n.

@HomesOfCocoaBeach I only know of the two adapters offered by Sony. It looks like they allow you to use Sony and Minolta lenses.

You've pretty much sold me on this camera. Beautiful pictures. The picture at 1:50 is purely amazing.
And I really like the snail/slug picture. :)
Thanks for uploading this!
