Ive been to both arenas and while the Pavilion was had one of the more raucous crowds Ive ever seen (and Ive been to about 3/4 of the hockey arenas) as far as overall fans, Id still have to go with Ottawa. Ottawa, followed closely by Toronto, was the best place I've ever seen a game.
