This version is really fantastic. I can heard the fab quintet recreating the great standard. Roy and Eric solos under the stracture did by Chazz, Max and Papa.
Jimmy also is playing a great solo. It's marvelous.
Excellent track - I hadn't heard a lot of Papa Jo Jones until recently, but he's a very good drummer! Great playing by Eldridge, too. (Dolphy, Flanagan and Mingus can do no wrong in my books, of course.) Thanks as always, 60otaku3!
