  • I'm a horrible student -.-\

I understand what he says, but i just don't get is because it's in another language

    ...

  • Thank u

  • Very interesting lesson, thanks for posting.

  • Hello. I'm from Germany. I actually never had issues concerning the english language. But lately I haven't had much oppertunities to use it. That's why I looked up this video, in order to ''refresh'' my skills. You're videos are brilliant and I absolutely love your style of teaching. I'm sure it also helps a lot of people, want to improve their english 'because it may be not enough what school is teaching them in their county.

Now, can anybody tell me if I made any mistakes in this comment!?

  • @VacuumJacket In the sentence "You're videos are brilliant". It shall be "Your videos are brilliant" ;)

  • @TwoStepsFromHelll Hello....I was just going to suggest (now that we're all correcting each other :0)) wouldn't it be a good idea to change "shall" to should? Just a suggestion :0)

  • @VacuumJacket It is great that you're (you are) looking to improve your English in speaking and writing :0). Per your request on helping you revise, the only thing I would change in your sentence is the apostrophe (‘) in the word because, and in the last sentence I would have said, “…because the English taught in their country may not be enough,” or "because maybe what their school is teaching them, is not enough.”

  • bir sey anlamdim

  • Very nice and clear.

You are a great teacher. Thank you!

  • Why do you have to put in a comma in "Do you see that man, running across the road?" There is no pause there.

  • @vivalaresistanc

Dude you should have looked probably, he didn't put any comma.

  • great..

  • With Gerunds you can remove the "ing" verb and replace it with an infinitive.

eg. "to ski is fun." Most commonly however, we say "it is fun to ski"

  • Hi very nice information here. I'm just wondering how you could answer a question relating to the point you made on 7 and 8. For example; You can switch the sentences to say the last part first. If a student asks what the difference is and how they know which way round to structure the sentence, how can I answer this question? Would it be down to creative choice or is there a rule that says we structure the sentence a particular way? Thanks!

  • thank you for the information....

  • THANKS TEACHER

  • Sorry I meant -ing forms.

  • Thank you! That was very useful (particularly the listing of the usages of the condition) I never thought of it that way.
