The Iranian regime is not a just and popular regime. It is the greatest sponsor of terrorism through its ties to Hezbollah, Hamas, and opposition groups in Yemen.
Quite recently, the Government of Kuwait announced that it had neutralized a network of spies working for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It is a corrupt and sneaky type of regime. Don't be fooled by what Ahmadinejad says to Larry King and other American newspapers: Ahmadinejad is a terrorist just like his colleagues at the head of Iran.
@kkamizadeh YOU ARE CORRECT. AMERICA IS THE BEST COUNTRY ON EARTH. AMERICA KILLS MILLIONS OF INNOCENT IRAQIS AND AFGHAN CITIZENS. AND THAT IS GOOD. AMERICAN BOMBS ARE THE BEST BOMBS ON THE PLANET. @JRCrowley Looking at your profile, I noticed you are extremely "apolitical" and music/fun-oriented. Ahmadinejad and his homophobic, misogynistic gang would rape such apolitical (homosexual) guys/gals in Iran. I almost pity people like you who are so ignorant. Well, there is no point in arguing with someone who doesn't know the ABC of politics and the games they play. You are better off doing your music.
@kkamizadeh Pretty sure that part of the definition for "terrorist" is that one has to be a non-state actor. When states commit acts of terror it's called "collateral damage" and "war". When they fund terrorists like the Sandinistas it's called "proxy war". Carpet bombing the innocent people of Vietnam, btw, would have to be the most terrifying thing I can imagine.
The "sister" was willing to "sell" her brother, someone she had grown up with, for what exactly? For the Supreme Leader, for a dictator, for whom?
This propaganda piece is sick all over. It is the same conspiracy that ordinary Germans engaged in during and before WWII in which they sold their fellow citizens to monsters like the people in Gestapo.
@kkamizadeh It's disturbing but I am more disturbed that the same kind of thing occurs here in the USA. It seems to be endemic to conflict between nations. It is true that the USA is attempting to overthrow the Iranian government, and the way in which they do this is indeed through the methods highlighted in this video.
@undeadpresident Dear American, I believe you should be proud of your country for trying to stand up for what is right and what is just; for doing its job as a "superpower." Khamenei and Ahmadinejad are not the representatives of the Iranian nation, a nation with 5,000 years of documented history.
It is important to keep in mind, as an American, that you have a choice; to watch whatever TV channel you choose, to vote for whoever you feel reflects your stance, but the Iranian nation (Continued)
@undeadpresident have not been able to exercise their right as citizens for the past 31 years and that's a shame. In the years that the World was going through a "unification," if you will, the regime isolated the people and the country. In the years that such countries as Norway and Sweden were moving quickly towards progress and industrialization, we were engaged in a catastrophic 8-year war with Iraq, 5 years of which was directly because of the stubbornness of Khomeini (Continued)
@undeadpresident to face the reality, just like Hitler was stubborn enough to face the reality and see that no victory was in sight.
It is in that context that I write that it is disturbing that a sister is willing to sell her brother for the Supreme Leader.
In the US, we have certain propaganda outlets (such as, in my opinion, Fox News and some others) but we also have many genuinely informative news networks, and that's a victory for the people of the US.
@kkamizadeh If you think that the US government cares about anything more than economic and military control over Iran, think again. There is virtually no track record of the USA supporting democracy abroad. There is, however, a long history of it subverting democratic processes in the interest of it's imperial ambitions. In the USA there is no real choice, the government oppression is only more sophisticated and less brazen than in a less developed country such as Iran.
@undeadpresident If your main argument is that there is no true democracy anywhere in the world, including the US, Canada and Western Europe, it's a fact: True democracy is simply too dangerous, it can easily be transformed into a dictatorship. Iran in the beginning of 1980 until the end of that year, before the Iraqi invasion, was a real democracy: Almost 100% support from the nation, relatively free press, activity of left-leaning and centrist parties in the political process, etc (continued)
@undeadpresident You know as well as I do what happened to that democracy the moment the war started: Oppression, brutality against the people holding left-leaning or centrist ideas, mass murder of political activists close to the end of the war in 1987, etc.
You said that US is doing pretty much the same thing with its own citizens but in a less brazen manner. Well the reality is that the newspapers and media in the US are not state-owned. They might ultimately reflect the (Continued)
@undeadpresident positions of the US government, and that's probably not because they are "parrots" and they are propaganda machines, but because there are a finite number of positions one can take in an issue.
As a final note, I should say that who are we talking about when we say the people of the US? Are those people who cannot decide between buying a skinny jean or another kind of jeans without the help of an outside source including the media? You happen to be, I suppose, (Continued)
@undeadpresident an educated, reasonable, person, but not everyone is like that in the US. The masses need figures of authority to know what to do in life. That's a sad reality, a reality nevertheless. Some need religious figures, some need people in white lab coats, some need politicians in a suit, and ultimately some need some guy or girl with a "fashionable" trend, a celebrity, if you will.
I'd like to remind you of the role the Hollywood celebrities played in convincing (Continued)
@undeadpresident the US public in joining WWI and WWII. This is not something I cherish and condone, but that's a harsh reality. I believe that in these mass democracies such as US, Canada, etc, all you can do is try to protect yourself from the undue influence of outside forces. Others may never seek help and it's not my duty to force them into become realistic, educated, people. That's again part of reality.
Please consider my points before responding. Many thanks.
@kkamizadeh The mass media in the USA does actually parrot the government as standard practice, particularly on "national security". Those issues which it openly debates, are ones of little consequence. For example, whether to invade Iraq and Afghanistan was never debated, neither was the Patriot Act. The state itself does not own the media, it's more the other way around. Or, you could say, they are co-owned by the same people. Research the Council on Foriegn Relations.
@undeadpresident You know, since WWII public opinion polls have truly become part of the American society and American Democracy. They are done on a daily basis on all sorts of issues and subjects from what you eat for dinner to whether you approve of the job president of the US is doing. It is in the light of such data that news outlets, almost all of which privately owned, determine which news to put first and which topic to analyze by their analysts and critics (Continued)
@undeadpresident I happen to disagree with the way they prioritize their news coverage, i.e. purely based on what the masses think, in some sort of pandering to the masses, but that's just me.
In the case of Afghanistan, the American public were outraged by the Al-Qaida attack on American soil. Therefore, any opposition, by mainstream media, to the invasion of Afghanistan would only lead to the fall of popularity of those stations, something private news networks cannot accept. (Continued)
@undeadpresident Again I have to reiterate that I do not agree with their position on that. Suffice it to say that had I been the president of CNN, MSNBC, Fox or any other news network, I would not have done so, but again that's just me.
For Iraq, the same scenario applies.
We have to understand that in US, the US administration and the media should give the masses an illusion of power and being in control in order for the elites to be able to rule the country and make money in the way (Coninued
@undeadpresident But as someone who has lived in the west for over 15 years now, I have to tell you I prefer this system, even though I am well aware of many of its deceitful techniques towards the masses. The masses are masses in every single country: The same propaganda techniques that work on Iranians also work on Americans. The notion that we are the best country in the world, that others mean us harm because of our superiority, when I first heard Bush say those words, I wasn't (Continued)
@undeadpresident even a bit surprised. Ironically, that's what the Iranians had been fed by the Iranian propaganda machine in the past 31 years. But, again I prefer this system because the information is out there, and you can get educated about them. Sure, you will have to do a bit of independent research in this or that library, website, etc, but the information is out there. And one could have access to them.
As a last word, imagine the only news corporation in US was Fox News (Continued)
@undeadpresident Apart from one's personal opinion about Fox News and one's political affiliation, could you actually call such a country a "free" country? Well, that's the case in Iran. The smallest deviation from the agendas set by the Interior ministry and Information ministry and Propaganda ministry is punishable by the closure of the newspaper and unemployment of all its journalists and workers. That is, I believe, an undemocratic country.
See, at 5:55, he says Salam Alekum. Iranians don't say that in normal farsi. Only Arabs, This shows how much control the Arabs are taking over the Persians.
your a moron. arabs are not taking over persians, PERSIANS converted to ISLAM so long ago and the terminology in ISLAM for greetings, peace be unto you is in ARABIC moron, prophet MUHAMMAD (peacebeuponhim) was an arab who also SPOKE ARABIC YA MORON. ITS ISLAMIC TERMINOLOGY its not arabs TAKING OVER PERSIANS moron arabs dont take over anything. america and israel do you programmed, uneducated cluck.
pss: you should know that memri is an israeli media founded by an ex colonel in israeli army his function is propaganda against arab and iran so memri select some parts from more than 250 arab tv channels and make a generality and some times with a fake translations
again a muslim critisism when you get it in your brain that memri only hosts this videos that are broadcasted in muslim countries? where do they fake? where is your evidence?
this is the biggest piece of propagandist bullshit ive ever seen. fuck the theocratic regime and the ayatollah. in the near future the iranian people will revolt against them and make them wish they were dead. the iranian people arent dumb enough to believe this shit.
I never said that I like the current government, they can burn in hell, but as a muslim, I still want the Middle East to stay with the people who grew up and tended to it in the first place, that is why I support Palestinians, Not Israel. The Mullahs can burn in hell for all I care.
LOL!! haha so funny and stupid! i know a lot of similiar propagandistic stupid movies from my childhood when in my country was comunistic dictature! that was very similiar production ..now 20 years later seems to us this kind of movies very comical and we watching them just for fun. Its crazy and sad that in Iran its still reality as it was in my country of my childhood..
That icon in the top left corner is like the evil NBC peacock.
That said, this video is sort of right - the CIA is on record of saying they wish to tamper with Iran by subtle means, such as propaganda bombardment. And then there was the whole American backed regime change in the 50's that shat all over Iranian sovereignty.
Still, none of this means anything in light of that awful CG. They should kidnap members of Pixar for their next film.
o my, what a hoot, American Party Visa's and cash, here, have a gun to defend your self from the thought police , sorry only 10 bullets to stop a few thousand 311 dispatched face slappers.
" from the intelligence ministry of Iran. ", come on, no one is that stupid, that had to have come from a Cleric
I guess electing Obama really threw a wrench in their propaganda machine. A black guy with a Muslim father and Hussein as a middle name does not seem as threatening as a crazy old white guy that sings about bombing Iran.
that the u.s. uses covert means to achieve foreign policy aims is no secret, and it's a convenient excuse to delegitimise the american iranian dispora and to keep a tight grip on dissent at home. which is why iranians for the most part have welcomed obama's caution, u.s. association is the kiss of death for opposition.
Oh man, I thought Bush/Cheney was bad at propaganda--this is the clumsiest thing I've ever seen. But it does show what idiots the right wing are about whether butting in early will help the protesters or give the government a plausible pretext to REALLY brutalize those speaking out.
american propaganda is the worst, most filthiest propaganda in the entire world. you are brainwashed dvery day in american schools to promote secularism, atheism and sexual deviance. iran's propaganda is about the truth of what Americans do across the world and have been doing since its inception.
The sad fact is that no information that all information that the average American has about the rest of the world came from the Jews. Which is why Americans, despite being basically good people, have such a messed up and ignorant view of Iran - because every American swims in a sea of Zionist propaganda.
I like the guys sitting down making jokes and taking pride in their road towards nuclear fission. Like when people in the Bush administration talked about "folks." I can see how they don't want Americans around because of the Shah, but that had a lot more to do with the U.S.S.R. than Iran, and their fears are obsolete; the U.S. is not trying to turn Iran into Disneyland / a patsy, we just don't want them to do what they threaten to do - play nuclear brinkmanship with Israel.
1) as you can see, i am not a nazi. just think zionists are nationalist assholes who have been given too much immunity, especially by the us. 2) go back to iran, you shouldn't be in palestine
I found the first half to be hilarious. After a while, though, it became quite understandable. Iran is probably crawling with spooks and assets...(cont.)
The whole McCain thing was probably due to the producer thinking he would become president. From an outsider's perspective, it may have seen probable. The video isn't designed to be accurate in terms of the exact conspiracy, but that the US is plotting regime change in Iran, and it is in the interest of Iranians not to become the next Iraq. The Iranians are reminded that they aren't powerless and will prevail over Isreali-American aggression.
And the bit at the end recommending people to report others to the "Intelligence Ministry Hotline"? Isn't this the absolute definition of a police state?
The defining characteristic of a police state is rigid control over many elements of daily life. I know Iran controls the media somewhat, but they're losing their grip on social stuff like women's hair and whatnot.
The state asking for people to snitch on their enemies is a defining characteristic of EVERY state or fiefdom or crime syndicate (or do I repeat myself). Hell, I'd be interested to know if they bribe and extort/threaten people to snitch like the FBI does.
I WAS IN THAT MEETING TOO, YEAH WE TALKED ABOUT IRAN ALL DAY, THEN WE HAD A DELICIOUS POT ROAST, GOOD MEMORIES.
On a more serious note, I feel sorry for the proud Arabic and Persian peoples who are opressed by that ridiculous religion and reduced to a bunch of bufoons who can't think for themselves.
We aren't informed as civilians of EVERYTHING that happens, especially when it comes to the CIA and FBI. There is a shade of truth to this, America is hated for reasons most Americans will never know. Musharraf was put in control by us, and so was Chavez. Yet we dislike these guys, it's all for TV the truth is disturbing.
Naturally the Iranians have nothing to fear from the Dhimmicrats, so their nightmares have to revolve around Marxists (Soros) and liberal Republicans (McCain).
The funny part is that most Americans would not understand or care about the first animated part. The Middle east is more in tune and politically involved than we are.
Filmmonk, are you kiddin me? These people think that McCain and Soros are homies. And you think they're more involved with the little nuances of other cultures than Americans are? They don't know ANYTHING! No American with a shred of political awareness would take these clowns seriously.
Yeah, and Soros is so chummy with McCain. I'm surprised he didn't pick him for running mate. From this propaganda ad, one can conclude that a republican McCain/Soros ticket has nothing peculiar about it.
haha its funny, right wing conservatives and iranian theocratic fascists hate george soros.

It is in the light of such data that news outlets, almost all of which privately owned, determine which news to put first and which topic to analyze by their analysts and critics (Continued)
kkamizadeh 1 year ago
@undeadpresident I happen to disagree with the way they prioritize their news coverage, i.e. purely based on what the masses think, in some sort of pandering to the masses, but that's just me.
In the case of Afghanistan, the American public were outraged by the Al-Qaida attack on American soil. Therefore, any opposition, by mainstream media, to the invasion of Afghanistan would only lead to the fall of popularity of those stations, something private news networks cannot accept. (Continued)
kkamizadeh 1 year ago
@undeadpresident Again I have to reiterate that I do not agree with their position on that. Suffice it to say that had I been the president of CNN, MSNBC, Fox or any other news network, I would not have done so, but again that's just me.
For Iraq, the same scenario applies.
We have to understand that in US, the US administration and the media should give the masses an illusion of power and being in control in order for the elites to be able to rule the country and make money in the way (Coninued
kkamizadeh 1 year ago
@undeadpresident But as someone who has lived in the west for over 15 years now, I have to tell you I prefer this system, even though I am well aware of many of its deceitful techniques towards the masses. The masses are masses in every single country: The same propaganda techniques that work on Iranians also work on Americans. The notion that we are the best country in the world, that others mean us harm because of our superiority, when I first heard Bush say those words, I wasn't (Continued)
kkamizadeh 1 year ago
@undeadpresident even a bit surprised. Ironically, that's what the Iranians had been fed by the Iranian propaganda machine in the past 31 years. But, again I prefer this system because the information is out there, and you can get educated about them. Sure, you will have to do a bit of independent research in this or that library, website, etc, but the information is out there. And one could have access to them.
As a last word, imagine the only news corporation in US was Fox News (Continued)
kkamizadeh 1 year ago
@undeadpresident Apart from one's personal opinion about Fox News and one's political affiliation, could you actually call such a country a "free" country? Well, that's the case in Iran. The smallest deviation from the agendas set by the Interior ministry and Information ministry and Propaganda ministry is punishable by the closure of the newspaper and unemployment of all its journalists and workers. That is, I believe, an undemocratic country.
US and Canada have their flaws but I prefer them.

They should kidnap members of Pixar for their next film.

that the u.s. uses covert means to achieve foreign policy aims is no secret, and it's a convenient excuse to delegitimise the american iranian dispora and to keep a tight grip on dissent at home. which is why iranians for the most part have welcomed obama's caution, u.s. association is the kiss of death for opposition.

american propaganda is the worst, most filthiest propaganda in the entire world. you are brainwashed dvery day in american schools to promote secularism, atheism and sexual deviance. iran's propaganda is about the truth of what Americans do across the world and have been doing since its inception.

I found the first half to be hilarious. After a while, though, it became quite understandable. Iran is probably crawling with spooks and assets...(cont.)
sanarkhos 2 years ago
The whole McCain thing was probably due to the producer thinking he would become president. From an outsider's perspective, it may have seen probable. The video isn't designed to be accurate in terms of the exact conspiracy, but that the US is plotting regime change in Iran, and it is in the interest of Iranians not to become the next Iraq. The Iranians are reminded that they aren't powerless and will prevail over Isreali-American aggression.
I challenge viewers in the west to consider this.
sanarkhos 2 years ago
And the bit at the end recommending people to report others to the "Intelligence Ministry Hotline"? Isn't this the absolute definition of a police state?
isauld 2 years ago 2
