@brotherblonde I used a PVC end cap for the work lights I have and the can lights have a clip so need nothing for that. If you still don't get just hit me back and I will do a quick video :) thanks for the comment.
@IyrusEntertainmentTV Thanks. I guess you thread a bolt up through the end cap to put the work light on, then screw a nut down to secure it? (That's how i picture it anyway). Thanks for the reply.
