I don't understand how she could be raised in silent hill. Who did she learn from at school, the monsters? Where did they get food from? Did they just live off of monster carcass?

@DepressedAnimeAddict From what I understand, the Otherworld and Fog worlds of Silent Hill exist in a sort of alternative dimensional thing. So she was raised in the "Real World", but the Otherworld and Fog world began to manifest alongside it later.

Of course, this is just a very loose explanation.

Wow, it's hard to believe that Harry contemplated killing Heather several times when she was a baby. I don't blame him though, since his Cheryl was taken away from him and was suddenly given a new baby whom he was unsure why it existed.
