well i wouldn't call it the BEST ever. at this on place called the Picktown Lights, they have over 20 houses blinking and they collect food for the mid-ohio food pantry! over 14,000 pounds last year!
I have seen quite a many of Christmas light shows just in the past 5 years, and yet they all seem the same, but I have NEVER seen one use that many colors, or that many lights! Amazing performance.
cool...really amazing! =]...nice to behold ...but i wonder how much will be the electric consumption? =] lol...it's Christmas anyway...so on that note...happy christmas and a joyous new year!
I definitely appreciate the work that went into this, it is a serious investment of time. However the multitude of colors throws me off I think its just too much.
this is amazing... almost as good as the Christmas light hero game some guy named Ric Turner made in cali to guitar hero game using cliffs of dover... absolutely amazing
They'd probably have the lights hooked up to some sort of sound controller or a MIDI device so that it can be controlled by a computer program.... none the less its still amazing
He has it all computer controlled from his den. He also does a multi-media show inbetween the light shows... has a snow machine and passes out candy canes!
We went there yesterday 12/27/08 - we were blown away. Gave the owner (the older guy) a big hug and thanked him for such a wonderful gift to the community... awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the TSO made a dime for everyone that used their music in their wild overdone light show..I could retire... Still good though....

Ever? Too many colors like someone else noted. Less is more with something like this. Keep it to blues greens and purples. Period.

They'd probably have the lights hooked up to some sort of sound controller or a MIDI device so that it can be controlled by a computer program.... none the less its still amazing
seanchiarot 2 years ago
sorry just read description after I posted the reply
'125,000 LIGHTS! This is the best computer programmed light display I have ever seen. It actually stretched between 3 houses. '
so its more then likely a MIDI device so some sort of serial device that bridges these lights between a computer.
