Well your in luck, i don't have money nor do i have a rubber band. but guess what i have a shoe and a pencil.

Get your shoelace and use THAT to hold down your Pencil. If you don't have a pencil use a fork. JUST IMPROVISE. now shh back to the lesson.

You can get a decent capo for about $5 (Just a bar covered with rubber with elastic on it to tighten it to the neck) ... But even that is expensive for some people ... I myself use a pencil with 3 or 4 rubber bands rapped around it to get it on ... ANYWAYS As usual great lesson.
