Well, the muslims says the Quran is the word of God - so by your standard it is. So why do not the LDS use the Quran?
The LDS should use all holy books that says they have words of Jesus in it.

what I say is that you put what you feel above what other feels. both can say that what one feel is the truth but not have the same beliefe. so God has than given us a heart that we should base what is true or not - and still there are so many that believe that what they feel in their heart is the truth. and we know that not all religions is true.
Here is an idea. How about we do what the Bible tells us to do and test the fruits of the prophet. By their fruits we shall know them. Also we are told to make sure it is the same doctrine. The Quran itself says it is the most correct book so should we trust it and what it says? My question is what is the Gospel?

I know many members who find that science supports and bolsters their faith. We are not as close-minded as some may think.
Don't forget, testimony is an individual process. We can say it is true all we want, but it is up to each person to come to know for themselves.
