I'm sure you could sneak in a couple of 10 minute cutscenes and a boss fight to really bring out the MGS feeling (you've got some of it with the deer head and nova-cane.)
Xmas can't come soon enough... who doesn't want to activate this?

Dang. Are you using Multimedia Fusion for this? Doing AI like that in MMF would be really tricky. I've been trying to slap together a Pac-man sort of game and I've been having problems with AI and pathfinding.
Looking forward to this.

yep -- and this time around, there's no lua trickery involved -- everything you see in the game can be done in MMF 2 with a couple of extensions.

@BlazeHedgehog @ThePodunkian Once i made a mgs stile engine , with pathfind , alert modes , enemy's sight of view ( can't see thru walls ... ) , minimap , inventory ( working like mgs one ) i'm gonna upload this if you want.
I'm not using mmf2 now , too limitated ....
I also tried a opengl 3 engine , but it was poorly slow ...
