Your right, you do have the right to Cannabis, it's just that nearly all the governments of the world are acting illegally, violating human rights.

I am a Canadian where growing industrial hemp is legal. What they do not tell you is the nightmare of red tape one is forced to go through EVERY SINGLE YEAR and that is if they ALLOW you to grow it. On top of that you have to have deep pockets and a lot of land to make it commercially viable. There are many people who are able to use and grow medical marijuana in Canada. There is a lot of hassles around that but they are actually getting better.I am seriously looking into getting card to use.

cannabis is legal in jamacia, i served on a mission there i saw first hand what it will do to a country if abused for hundreds of years. it is different to go on a trip or a cruise, you don't see it first hand, you see what they want you to see. one of the only ways they can make money is on the tourest. maybe that is why they continue to use cannibis.

I have many health problems due to domestic violence and a couple nasty crippling diseases so I have no choice I have to use something for the horrible pain im in at times... My Doctors support my use of this alternative theorpy.. Cannabis makes me a productive member of society not the other way like you decribed.. If I was still on Morphine Id be in a nursing home by now or 6 feet under At 43 I dont want to be in either place..

Actually, cannabis is not legal in Jamaica, only tolerated. And, as far as the poverty there, thats what happens with a capitalist economy; you have your super rich and super poor. I would love their way of life compared to the average Americans.

I am not saying that cannabis dose'nt have alot of good uses, but if it were legalized in America  it would ruin people's lives and break familys apart. I have used cannabis so I do know what I am talking about, It lowers your motivation levels. I do belive that it could be used as a drug instead of all of the other junk that the med companys are killing millions with.

Have you been to Jamica? I went there last year for some time on a relife mission there country is in such a depression, I beleive that alot of there problems is because cannabis is legal, familys bearly existid, and they are not motivated to change the way they live, they have large communitys of rastafarians that can't get motivated to even goto work.

Actually Some friends just got back from Jamica and fell inlove with that country.. They said ...the brotherly, sisterly love there is so heart warming. I do not believe cannabis is legal there. Someone who uses cannabis alone can be prductive and can maintain a great job.

I used menstral cramps as a example because I personally know women who are using cannabis as a medicine for them .. Their pain is severe and they are under a doctors care for them. That does not take away from the major uses of cannabis as a medicine. Cancer, AIDS, arthritis, Chrones,Hep C, Glacoma, back and spinal problems
