I just learnt it by ear, it's really easy to play.
Basically...
put your index finger on A on the 11th fret along with B on the same fret and just play those strings and then keep that position and move it up to the 9th fret and then the fourth fret.
The chorus is with the B string on fret 4 with an open E string and then shift it up to fret 2 but add in the E string on the same fret
