Surely you can't be 100% sure on someone's year of death during the late 12th century, and even if you can be, since the Abbasid Empire was very advanced and had many records of things dating back to even Greek times, I don't think a 2 year gap would really be significant enough to be considered inaccurate. If the game took place is say...1158 I can understand, but 1191 vs 1193, not so much...
