  • Would this be too hefty for runs? I know they make lighter packs, but just curious...

  • What brand are the pouches?

  • @BACKWOODSBLISS SDS, they are mil surplus

  • i use this pack for fishing. holds everything i need. didnt see any tp in your pack. thats a must.

  • i found one of these at a yard sail for 3 dollars it was barely used

  • Yeah, if it is as good as you say I'll order several of the used ones and just get a few new Omega bladders from the local surplus store near me...the new ones are 500D so I'm going to try and get the older ones used that are 1000D!

  • Hah! Sweet, I didn't see this review before now and I've been trying to figure out the best option for a hydration pack and this looks sweet! I've seen these on ebay used for as low as $20...

  • Pretty decent price I got mine used for 28 bucks and I love I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hiking/ short period pack

  • awsome way to make use of the small pack as a day/get home bag!!......im putting one together...i have a camelbak talon but i feel its too big for a day hike bag and possible overnighter....im thinking of picking up either the camelback mule, maxpedition falcon 2 or maxpedition sabre cat. Any reccomendations??

  • More info on the mini ham radio and the water filter please. Do you have vids on these? LOVE, COURAGE

  • I love mine.

  • I need one!

  • no i didnt mean it was wrong i really like camelbak pack and im going to get one. thanks for sharing your video. Keep them rolling bro.........

  • dont u fill the alice back pack is the best

  • @simons2012 it works for what it is. There are better options out there.

  • I just bought the same pack, different color on ebay. I like mine so far but I plan to get more serious hiking action with it loaded full in the spring. I read that the threading is actually pretty transparent from infrared and thermal cameras from above. I highly recommend these little guys as well based on my inspections of my bag. Perfect comfortable size for day hiking or get home bags.

  • I luv my mule...

no not in that way you perv!

  • awesomeness. I love all my camelback gear! Thanks for sharing!

  • The tube length was made long because it was made for the Military and is designed to be attached to the backpack or inserted in the backpack and the tube still needed to reach the soliders mouth. It can be trimmed and the mouthpiece re-attached. Informative and a great video and review as always brother!

  • thats a fairly small pack. would be perfect for some nice 1-2 day hikes etc. even longer depending on the load out. excellent price that you got too.

  • 3-4 months??? in "southern Idaho??? Wow!

  • Every time I watch a preppers vid, I learn something new. Usually I carry my firearm in my pack while I hike. What I never thought of was carry a holster for it. If something awful happened (shtf) while hiking I would need to carry my firearm on my hip. Thank you for taking the time to show us your pack. I learned something new today. God bless bro!

  • @mizooch70 i noticed that too good idea

  • @xle5363 exactly! here i am shtf and i'm trying to get home from a hike or event and i need to draw to protect myself or family, and my stupid gun is stuck in my pant pocket! better to learn the lesson here than real-time.

  • Nice thanks for the review bro.

  • Great review! Thanks for sharing.

  • Good Review.
