For the first one, I've done that countless times, it doesn't always insta-kill. The first three are pretty old... But the DT2 one is awesome!

You do see that we use 2 hunter there and the survivor slides over them on NM5? I only ask this because some people get confused and don't notice them.

Obviously... You can't do it w/o the hunters, otherwise they'll just hang on to the air-conditioners. What I meant was, sometimes they'll fall near the ledge of the pit and hang on.

you can't pull them tehre when they come up the ladder I think, they need to be trapped into wanting to shoot you dead , but because you're too far they'll come closer and then you can grab them, but it's kind of tricky if they see that hunter sitting on the vent.

Unless you come right up to the edge and look down, you won't see those hunters

First and last one I've never done, but the one on BH1 is pretty common in competitive play.

Well, the BH1 pull is made easier by the fact that the hunter is directly in front of the smoker. We know the pull is well known, but it's always nice to modify it to make it easier :)
